Brentwood School Preparatory 35 Christmas In December, Year Two visited the Royal Gunpowder Mills at Waltham Abbey to find out more about life as a Victorian and Victorian Christmas traditions. The children dressed as Victorians to really become immersed in the day and to enhance their experience. They learned the history of the Christmas card and created their own using a screen printing technique, made Christmas decorations for their Christmas trees as well as playing parlour games and finding out more about Christmas traditions and food.
