British Values Brentwood School Preparatory 36 Brentwood Prep School prides itself on being a wonderfully diverse community and we welcome and value everybody. We believe we have a vital role in promoting fairness, justice and equality and discouraging discrimination, encouraging the children to be responsible citizens and positive representatives of the United Kingdom. We do this through our teaching, reinforcing the school motto of Virtue, Learning, Manners and promoting the fundamental British values of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, and mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs. To celebrate the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex, we accessorised our uniforms with red, white and blue. We also enjoyed a delicious cake sale to take part in the #rightroyalbakeoff and raised over £400 for #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek, a charity close to the Royal couple’s hearts.
