Surina co-founded the popular primary workforce software MLM in 2016. MLM has gone from strength to strength, awarded Pulse Power 50 in 2017, 2018 and 2019 for supporting the sessional workforce, to now having a GP membership across every CCG across the country. MLM’s GP community see over 3 million patients annually. MLM has recently been awarded a place on NHSE national flexible staffing framework and has secured a partnership with the largest technology company in Primary Care. Supported by the Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, he joined forces with fellow Clinical Entrepreneur Edward St John to deliver a clinically-led solution to the consent problem for patients, clinicians and organisations. Having launched Concentric, a digital consent application in early 2020, the past few months have seen significant global expansion.
