BigPitch The 13 The Clinical Entrepreneur Programme is a unique blend of networking, inspiration, and hard skill development for commercial success in and around the NHS. Dr Hinnah Rafique Doctor, Lecturer and Founder of Generation Medics Dr Hinnah Rafique is the Founder of the multi-award winning social enterprise, Generation Medics. Hinnah has been an NHS Clinical Entrepreneur since the programme began. Generation Medics supports people from all backgrounds (particularly those from underrepresented and disadvantaged communities) to consider, strive and succeed in medical, life science and healthcare careers. During the pandemic, Generation Medics has been supporting people to become hospital and community volunteers whilst also recruiting staff for the NHS Nightingale hospitals. He has clinically led multiple local and system- wide digital transformation projects. He is a proud member of the NHS Digital Academy Alumni. He is the co-founder of ShiftPartner, a fellow of the NHS England Clinical Entrepreneurs Programme and the Mid and South Essex Institute innovation institute.
