Care leavers’ experiences of support during the Covid-19 pandemic Executive Summary March 2021 This research was led by researchers Dr Niamh O’Brien and Anna Dadswell fromAnglia Ruskin University, in partnership with Essex County Council and funded by the Department for Education. The research involved care leavers and support workers from six local authorities: Cornwall, Essex, Hertfordshire, Medway, South Tyneside, and Stockport.
