108 West went one further in the Step Challenge and we actually won that one. Here were the final results after 8 weeks: 1.West - 5,797,051 2. East - 4,454,525 3. School - 3,235,862 4. North - 2,969,000 5.Weald - 1,500,322 6. South - 1,129,275 It is great to know that so many of you are keen walkers and readers - exactly what I love doing. However, there was a third ‘ongoing’ House Challenge that was the one that made me the most proud as your Head of House. The amount of donations that you all brought in for the Foodbank Challenge was tremendous. Don’t get me wrong - winning that event was great, but even greater was your generosity and empathy. I am very proud of you all. Track and Field rounded off the year wonderfully and it was so lovely to be able to all get together and watch some great performances in person.While we may have not been the overall winners (we went into this being twice over defending champions) Sports Day still highlighted many individual successes in the House. One in particular was the Senior Boys 400m relay, which Jem Ozkoch, Alex Haward, Cameron Bak and Ayodele Dosunmu dominated and came in at an outstanding first place.We persevered through the bad weather and even broke some school records - George Mortlock (Year 11) with the javelin and Jonah Miller (Year 9) with the hurdles! Aside from our many wins, our charity stall, run by Tami Akingbehin and Annie Hill, was a spectacular success and we managed to raise a lot of money. Our ‘Sponge the Teachers Stall’ was remarkably popular - in fact some teachers
