Brentwoodian 2021

Miss Campell-May has the privilege of being part of two Departments here at Brentwood School: the Psychology and Biology Departments. She will also be participating in Games as an U12 Netball Coach, as well as helping run the Year 9 DofE programme. Miss Campbell-May believes that Psychology is just the best. She has found that teaching Psychology is a lot of fun too, as not only do you get to hear a wide range of opinions, but you also get to discuss the relevance of the subject to other disciplines. This might be Business, Economics, Biology, Maths or so many more! Miss Campbell-May is new to teaching this year! She has always wanted to work in Education, so where better to start other than teaching her favourite subject?! In her spare time she loves to cook as she finds it relaxing and enjoys having the time at weekends to try out longer recipes. Her favourite song is Close to Me by The Cure; her favourite icecream is Pistachio; and, if she could have any super power, it would be to read people's minds. Typical Psychologist … Mr Chambrier joins us as a PGCE student in the Computer Science Department. The reason he chose teaching as his vocation in life is because he enjoys being around children and wants to help them shape up into becoming well-balanced and knowledgeable individuals. When he isn’t glued to a computer screen, you may find him relaxing, cycling and/or eating out. His favourite meal is moules marinière (mussels with wine, cream fraîche and parsley for those of you with unrefined palates). His all time favourite film is Pulp Fiction and if he could have any super power, it would be to fly. 142
