71 Gold On Saturday, 3rd July 2021, 29 students and seven teachers made their way to the Yorkshire Dales. Starting at Ingleton YHA, the students completed their Gold Duke of Edinburgh Assessed Expedition within the next five days. The five different groups climbed Ingleborough, visited the Ribblehead Viaduct and walked along the Pennine Journey. The students stayed at the Dalesbridge Campsite, Philpin Campsite and Riverside Campsite. All of the groups finished at Meadow Falls Campsite to successfully complete their Award, which was celebrated by watching the England football match and having a delicious BBQ before everyone headed back to Brentwood on the morning of Thursday 8th July.
