The summer term saw a return to a sort of normality, with events such as the intersection drill competition and of course, Field Day. Year 10 and the Lower Sixth went to Portsmouth for a very rainy three days, participating in activities such as the gun run, archery, sailing, visiting the Historic Dockyard and much more. Despite the weather, it was an extremely fun few days and I look forward to going back next year. I am particularly excited for the next year of Navy, not just because of events such as the Remembrance Parade and Field Days, but also because we are trialling a new syllabus issued to us by the Ministry of Defence.
