Should any local businesses feel able to donate a raffle prize for our Christmas raffle to be drawn at the Christmas fair or give any sponsorship towards items or be involved in anyway then please get in touch as we can advertise for you and make it known that you have supported us. Diane Woodrow, Manager Trefoil Guild Trefoil Guild is a branch of Girlguiding and its members agree to support the guiding ethos - including the pledge to help other people. Many members pass on their skills and knowledge to local guiding units, from helping Brownies work towards a badge to preparing older girls for a camping adventure. Many members are unit leaders or helpers in Girlguiding units. Whether you’re involved in guiding or not, Trefoil Guild is a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded people to share your next adventure - whatever that might be! In Trefoil Guild, women and men aged 18+ make new friends, travel, explore, serve their communities and help Guiding (and Scouting) thrive across the UK! Colchester Trefoil Guild usually meet in Myland Parish Halls, on the second Wednesday of the month. We are a very friendly group, mainly retired from, or still activemembers of, Girlguiding units across Colchester. As well as our monthly meeting, where we enjoy interesting speakers, making crafts etc, playing games, we also go out and about. 2019 included a summer evening at Mersea, coach trips including the Christmas Market at Bury St Edmunds, shared meals and barbecues.
