Mylander - Issue 89
29 I would not have been surprised to see a hand appear from the mist clutching Excalibur pointed to the sky. I did however see a pair of swans rise from the river and break through the mist, their long necks outstretched in determined flight. Clearly an image embedded in my memory bank. I find autumn peaceful. It is traditionally a time of thanksgiving for provisions from harvests and I would add to that for the warmth and colour of spring and summer, as the season and the environment step slowly towards a well earned rest.
