Sarah Blow is the Accountable Officer for NHS South West London CCG. All Governing Body members have specific areas of responsibility and sit on committees of the Governing Body. The members exercise their constitutional rights in respect of the CCG through a membership group. Each member practice has a representative on the membership group.
