Pay multiples - audited Reporting bodies are required to disclose the relationship between the remuneration of the highest-paid director/member in their organisation and the median remuneration of the organisation’s workforce. The banded remuneration of the highest paid governing body member in the financial year 2020/21 was £145k-£150k per annum. This was 2.6 times the median remuneration of the workforce, which was £55k. The workforce includes only permanent staff and excludes off payroll engagements. In 2020/21, zero employees received remuneration in excess of the highest-paid director/member. Remuneration ranged from £21k to £116k. Total remuneration includes salary, non- consolidated performance-related pay, benefits-in-kind, but not severance payments.
