Individual sickness absence cases are managed by the line manager with advice and support from HR. An occupational health service is available to provide professional clinical advice to line managers within the CCG. The CCG also has access to an employee assistance programme which offers confidential access to emotional and practical support, including legal and financial advice. Staff turnover percentages The staff turnover figure, based on a 12-month rolling average, as of 31 March was 12.32%. This is broadly comparable with the NHS CCG average turnover rate of 12.1%.
