Most of those who completed the survey agreed that: • The organisation keeps staff safe, and looks after their health and wellbeing. • They experience an equal, diverse, and inclusive organisation. • They have clear objectives and understand how their role fits in. • They enjoy flexible working arrangements and having good technology. • They have a supportive line manager. • They have regular contact with their teams.
