However, the legal liability remains with the CCG. The total value of NHS Continuing Healthcare provisions accounted for by NHS England on behalf of the CCG at 31 March 2021 is £320k. Legal claims are calculated from the number of claims currently lodged with the NHS Litigation Authority and probabilities provided by them. £7,500 is included in the provisions of the NHS Litigation Authority as at 31 March 2021 in respect of employer liabilities of NHS South West London CCG.
