Reducing health inequalities Our approach to equality, diversity and inclusion As we develop as one NHS South West London CCG, we are determined to take this opportunity to create a meaningful and positive work environment, making South West London a great place to live and work. We are proud of our diverse staff, and our Governing Body and senior management team are committed to creating a culture where everybody thrives. Coming together as a new organisation is an opportunity to review how we support and develop everyone who works for us. In the summer, we held a series of engagement events with staff across the CCG to identify priorities and together we have developed an action plan to address these. We continued to host monthly listening events throughout the year. This is important because studies show that a motivated, included and valued workforce helps increase job satisfaction, high productivity, and retention of best talents. For our patients in South West London, this means they will receive high quality patient care, which leads to increased patient 86 | NHS South West London Clinical Commissioning Group
