As one of the first in the world to obtain a masters degree in IT service management, her dissertation looked at the reasons for failures in change management. As a current digital midwife, she is supporting the maternity services in rolling out systems and processes to drive the digital transformation with a goal of being the leaders in utilising digital solutions and going paper free within her trust, as well as the paving the way for other healthcare providers locally and nationally.
