Through strategic partnerships and a deep understanding of startup development I intend to continue to support an ecosystem where early-stage startups don’t just launch—they soar. www.twinpath.vc Adam Sewell-Jones Chief Executive Officer, Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust Adam began his NHS career in 1992 as a trainee accountant and has since held a range of senior roles, including positions in finance, operational management, Director of Finance and Continuous Improvement, Chief Operating Officer, and Deputy Chief Executive across trusts in London and Essex. He subsequently moved into national leadership roles, serving as Director of Provider Sustainability, Director of Improvement, and Regional Director for the south west of England, where he led a number of major development and improvement programmes. Adam later returned to provider leadership as Chief Executive at Newham Hospital in East London, before moving to East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust, and most recently joining MSEFT. In 2025, he was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Science by the University of Hertfordshire in recognition of his significant contribution to the NHS.
