Innovation.nhs.uk InSites Programme NHS InSites is a national peer-led innovation programme uniting 18 NHS organisations, representing over 155,000 staff and serving 35 million patients. It aims to accelerate the adoption and spread of innovation across the NHS by sharing learning, strengthening infrastructure, and identifying what works in real-world settings. The programme focuses on four core goals: evaluating innovations in practice, enhancing organisational capability, cultivating an innovation-led culture, and shaping national policy by identifying effective implementation strategies. Uniquely grounded in peer learning and system-wide collaboration, NHS InSites reduces duplication and increases the NHS’s agility in adopting new solutions. To date, it has supported over 150 innovation projects, enabled 48 new innovation roles, and supported alignment of processes between its member sites. Projects supported range from AIgenerated clinic letters to drone logistics, smart rotas, and rapid stroke diagnostics. With 43 innovations now embedded as ‘business as usual’, the programme is continuing to drive meaningful, scalable change in the NHS. www.nhscep.com/insites-programme
