learning

beyond

the

classroom

The extensive co-curricular activities on offer set New Hall

Preparatory School apart; from Philosophy and Latin to

Mandarin and Poetry, there is always something to do.

Creative subjects including Music, Drama, Dance, Art and Design Technology

all form part of the mainstream academic curriculum, and also feature in

activities offered outside of normal lessons.

We have three choirs, infant, junior and

chamber, as well as a Preparatory School

orchestra. Our pupils regularly perform at

prestigious venues, which include the O2

Arena and the Royal Albert Hall.

Sports such as rugby, swimming, tennis,

netball, hockey and cricket form part of the

core curriculum and pupils also have opportunities to pursue an array

of activities after school and at weekends. They benefit from the use of

state-of-the-art sports facilities, including our 25-metre indoor swimming

pool, flood-lit courts and AstroTurf pitch, and national standard running track.
