ESSEX U18 7S CHAMPIONS Over all our rugby program is growing from strength to strength with winning both the County Cup competitions at 17-a-side and 15-a-side for the first time ever in Brentwood School’s History at U16 and 1st team level. Our U15 team reached the County final of both U15 7s and 15-a-side competitions. Over all we had 320 boys representing the school on the rugby fields in 22 teams. Well done boys for a fantastic season! ESSEX U16S COUNTY CHAMPIONS For the first time in Brentwood School’s history we managed to field a U16 rugby team. This was a fantastic opportunity to play together for the last year as a year group and to enter a team into County Cup competitions as we had missed out on previous years successes due to the Covid pandemic. We started the season with some fantastic victories and outstanding performances against Sutton Valence, Richard Hale and Mill Hill. We had a very committed and loyal squad of 24 players who trained and played hard for each other and, with a few County players in our team, became 137
