Brentwoodian 2022

House staff also tried to win some points for team North coming 2nd in the staff House sport which I think was perhaps more competitive than the student events. House Track and Field Day was the highlight of Trinity term. This has often been an event which North House has excelled at and this year was no exception. Whilst we have some excellent sporting members of the House, perhaps the most pleasing element of the day was the sheer number of pupils involved. Almost every single event had a participant. During the day, North House pupils helped to raise money for our second nominated charity of the year “Kids Inspire”. This contributed to the fantastic £1,888.39 North House pupils raised for our charities this year. Overall, North came 3rd in the House Cup. It has been an absolute pleasure being Head of North House this year and seeing North House pupils push themselves out of their comfort zones and volunteering for the wide variety of events on offer. I look forward to next year and more successes with our new House Captain, Charlotte Davey, and our Vice House Captain, Olivia Argent. 167
