She is an NHS catering supplier and one of the chefs on www.homecooksfoodhall.co.uk. To her, aside food exhibiting people’s culture, being nourishing and comforting, food is an edible art and can be used in communication. The extent to what you can do with food or a food ingredient is many. Alike aims to achieve their mission by utilising digital tools and technology. The charity provides a free iOS and Android peer support platform which enables cancer patients and survivors to connect. Diagnosed with Leukaemia in 2013 at age 19 and then relapsing in 2018, Brad has had extensive patient experience of the NHS for nearly a decade. He has received the Princess Diana Award and been recognised as a Prime Minister’s Point of Light.
