| 37 P R O G R A M M E Dr Jim Kelly Co-Founder, The Shuffler Dr Jim Kelly is an NHS GP, entrepreneur and cofounder of Trainor Jim, creator of the Shuffler® — an accessible seated movement device helping older and mobility-limited people stay active safely at home and in the community. The idea originated from co-founder Lee, who lives with spinal stenosis and struggled to find comfortable, accessible ways to keep moving. Combining frontline clinical insight with lived experience, Jim is passionate about prevention, rehabilitation and healthy ageing. As Co-founder and CNIO at Genome, she combines frontline clinical expertise with innovation to drive improvements in patient care and healthcare delivery. She also serves as CNIO at one of the UK’s largest university hospitals.
