38 | Hannah Gompertz Co-Founder, Yellow Hearts to Remember Campaign Hannah Gompertz is a frontline paramedic for South Western Ambulance Service and an Aftercare Clinician for Devon Air Ambulance. She has a keen interest in education, guest lecturing on the BSc Paramedic Science programme at her local university. Following the loss of her grandmother, Sheila, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Hannah co-founded the Yellow Hearts to Remember campaign. The campaign aims to promote remembrance of those lost during the pandemic and support those who were bereaved under such unique and devastating circumstances. The yellow heart has since become an international symbol of remembrance for those who died during the pandemic, recognised by the UK Government, with many MPs wearing yellow heart pins in the House of Commons in the lead-up to the COVID-19 Day of Reflection 2026. Hannah now works alongside the UK Government on long-term plans for COVID commemoration. www.facebook.com/groups/ yellowheartstoremember Sandra Nwokeoha Founder and CEO, Ellescope Ellescope is the AI risk-intelligence platform for maternity care.
