Overall the U14 Brentwood school netball team has played over 40 games and scored over 700 goals, including tournaments. We are currently Essex champions, County champions, Regional champions and top 5 in the country. We have had a great season and achieved a lot especially when we have had Covid years in the way, preventing us from training as much. Thank you to Sophia Young, Skye Lake and Imogen Eastwood for always supporting the team and Mrs Juniper for contributing in many of the big games including the MESSA league. Louella Peers, Bella Peacock and Abi Loveys were an amazing trio in the circle, whilst Jemimah Knightbridge, Sophie Young and Trinity Baptist were a dominant force in the defending circle, turning various games around with their interceptions. We couldn’t have done any of this without Mrs Juniper who has made us push even harder when there was just one goal in it and all those times where she gave up her lunchtime to make us the best we could be. Overall, we have played over 40 games and scored over 700 goals (including tournaments). We have had some bumps in the road from broken fingers to two sprained ankles but that didn’t stop us.
